MEGASHAPE Hi‑EMT – High-tech for your pelvic floor

Strong. Stable. Deep penetration.

The innovative Hi-EMT technology for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles for all genders – for postnatal recovery, incontinence, or simply for general strengthening.

What is Hi-EMT?

Hi-EMT stands for High-Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Training. This high-intensity electromagnetic technology produces so-called supramaximal muscle contractions, i.e., contractions that go far beyond what is possible through conscious training – completely effortlessly, while comfortably seated.

This specifically targets the muscle tissue, improves blood circulation, activates the metabolism and strengthens the deep muscles, such as the pelvic floor.

The pelvic floor plays a key role in stabilizing the internal organs in the pelvis and supports control of bladder and bowel functions. Targeted training can improve body awareness in the core area—which, in turn, can positively influence control, stability, and overall well-being.

Non-ionizing · Non-thermal · Radiation-free

High-tech pelvic floor training – for women and men. For every fitness level and age.

Areas of application:

  • Post-pregnancy recovery (e.g. rectus diastasis, pelvic floor weakness)
  • Incontinence – in women and men (e.g. after prostate surgery)
  • Prevention & functional strengthening during sports, stress or with increasing age, increased sensitivity etc.
  • General muscle training of the hard-to-reach deep muscles

Treatment (duration: 30 minutes): You sit upright on our pelvic floor plate. The intensity is individually adjusted. The pulsating electromagnetic field penetrates the skin and subcutaneous fat, exerting its effect deep within the muscle. The impulses stimulate the muscle to produce many thousands of intense contractions. Our MEGASHAPE treatment lasts 30 minutes.

The treatment can be performed in everyday clothing without sweating and is painless. After the treatment, you can continue with your normal daily routine. Cycles of at least 4-6 treatments over a period of 2-3 weeks are recommended. Therefore, 2-3 treatments can and should be performed per week to achieve the following treatment results. 20,000 muscle contractions sustainably strengthen your pelvic floor.

Areas of application: pelvic floor weakness, for regression (rectus diastasis), after prostate surgery or incipient incontinence, urinary urgency.

Muscle soreness is possible, but very rare.

Result: Depending on the individual, the treatment results develop over the next approximately two months following the treatment cycle (we recommend at least four to six treatments over a period of two to three weeks). Refresher treatments are recommended approximately twelve weeks after completion of a treatment cycle to improve and sustain the results. Studies on electromagnetic muscle training indicate a muscle gain of approximately 16% in the treatment area and a fat loss of approximately 19%, a circumference reduction of up to 5 cm, and an improvement in rectus diastasis by approximately 11%. Reduced urinary urgency and improved control (also in men). Long-term strengthening and increased basal metabolic rate.

You shouldn't eat anything heavy for at least 60 minutes before an abdominal treatment. After the treatment, the contracted muscle area should rest for 48 hours, as with traditional strength training. In general, you should drink plenty of fluids.

Contraindications: Pregnancy and breastfeeding, pacemaker or electronic implanted devices, pulmonary insufficiency, heart disease, epilepsy, blood disorders, blood thinning, history or recent surgery in the area to be treated, period, copper IUD or metals, plates in the area to be treated.

Note: Remove magnetic/metallic objects (belts, car keys, cell phones) from pockets/treatment areas. MEGASHAPE should not be viewed as an alternative to regular exercise. The treatment also does not replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Rather, MEGASHAPE is a useful tool for targeted muscle building and increased fat burning. It is intended to promote and support a healthy and active lifestyle.
