    I recently had a Celsiashape treatment, and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Anni is extremely professional and friendly, genuinely concerned about my well-being, and explained everything to me thoroughly beforehand. The treatment itself was pleasant, despite the cold. I felt relaxed and well looked after, and I was offered tea, coffee, and water. The device was modern, and the technology worked really well in my case. I could already see the extremely positive results on my problem thigh area after just under four weeks, and I am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Celsiashape and the team. I definitely give it 5 stars and will be making appointments at IN SHAPE again in the future.

    IN SHAPE is a great alternative and/or sensible and effective addition to the gym or other sports. We all feel the same way... no time for enough exercise and sport to keep our bodies fit. IN SHAPE is truly great for that. Plus, you can park right at the entrance, so no more hassle searching for a parking space or long walks. Everything is also very personal and discreet.     My appointment at In Shape was great. Scheduling was quick and easy. I received a very friendly welcome. I was given plenty of time to sit down and have a coffee, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I immediately decided on the Celsiashape and Megashape treatments. I was very excited to see how the treatments would work and what the results would be. My stubborn problem areas are on my stomach and hips. Years of exercise and attempts to get them under control with a change in diet failed. I was a bit skeptical, too. But the results after the first treatment are remarkable. I actually have visible and noticeable positive changes. The treatments are painless, but you definitely feel something. But all in all, it's absolutely bearable. I'll stick with it! I've already scheduled my next four Megashape treatments. It's important to drink plenty of fluids after the treatment, continue exercising, and at least pay some attention to your diet. But if you take these things into account, then the treatments at In Shape are the solution for reducing stubborn fat deposits.
